While we monitor our internal control systems, we do not provide monitoring for customer servers, including network or hardware monitoring. In part, this is because the operating system is fully managed by the customer, we do not have visibility into its internal operations. Additionally, customers may implement firewalls or modify network configurations in ways that prevent any automated network monitoring.
We recommend using an external monitoring service for network availability and performance. For hardware-level insights into internal components, there are also software-based monitoring tools that can be installed on your server.
